Rishi Sunak is an intelligent and educated British politician who was
Chancellor of the Treasury from 2020 to 2022. He was a member of the
Conservative Party and also served as chief treasurer's secretary before
becoming chancellor of the treasury. Rishi has been a member of the Sejm since
2015 but has recently resigned from his nomination. Rishi is one of the strong
contenders to replace Boris Johnson as the next UK Prime Minister along with
Penny Mordaunt.

Rishi Sunak was born
on May 12, 1980, in South Hampton, England, UK. He was born into a Hindu Punjabi
family who emigrated from East Africa. His father Yashvir was born in Kenya and his mother Usha was born in Tanzania. He has two younger siblings. His brother
Sanjay is a psychologist and his sister Rakhi works in the Office of Foreign
Affairs, Shared Wealth and Development as the UN Covid-19 Commitment and
Strategy Officer.
Sunak attended high
school as a student before attending Winchester College, which was a boarding
school for boys. He then enrolled at Lincoln College, Oxford, where he
graduated in philosophy, politics, and economics in 2001. In 2006, he has done MBA
from Stanford University.
Sunak began his career
working as an analyst at the Golden Sachs investment bank in 2001-2004. He then
worked at The Children's Investment Fund Management, a hedge fund management company.
He left the company in 2009 and joined his former colleagues at a new hedge
fund firm that was launched in October 2010. Rishi's political adventure began
when he was elected conservative Richmond in 2014. He later became head of the
Black and Minority Ethnic Research Unit, for which he contributed to the report
on the BME community in the UK. In 2015, Rishi was elected an MP to the
constituency, and from 2015-2017 he was a member of the Special Committee on
Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs.
On July 24, 2019,
Rishi was appointed by the Prime Minister as Chief Treasurer's Secretary and
served under Chancellor Sajid Javid until February 2020. By February 2020, it
was announced that Javid would remain Chancellor and Rishi would remain Chief
Secretary to Treasurer. On February 13, 2020, Rishi was appointed Chancellor of
the Treasury as Javid resigned. Rishi met with the prime minister on the same
day he was proclaimed chancellor. Rishi's first budget was launched on March
11, 2020, with EUR 30 billion spent, of which EUR 12 billion was allocated to
mitigating the economic impact of Covid-19.
Rishi announced that
EUR 330 billion will be spent on ad hoc business support and wage subsidies.
This was the first time the British government created such a retention
program, which was announced on March 20, 2020. In 2021, Rishi announced that
the deficit had increased to € 355 billion by the end of the program in
September. Rishi was the first chancellor to raise Healey's corporate tax rate
in 1974.
Rishi Sunak is a
40-year-old man who is married to a famous Indian billionaire, Narayana
Murtha's daughter, Akshata Murthy. The couple met while studying at Stanford
University. Akshata is the director of her father's company called Catamaran
Ventures and also manages her own fashion brand. They married in 2009 and had a
two-day wedding in Bangalore, India. The couple has two daughters together and
the family lives together in Northallerton, North Yorkshire.
Being a politician

and editor of the school newspaper. During his summer vacation, he worked as a
waiter at a curry house in South Hampton. Rishi did an internship at the
Conservative Campaign Headquarters while he was still a student. Rishi owns a
