Colleen Kelly was born on March 14, 1998, and grew up with her older brother and one twin brother in the East End of Long Island, New York. In 2020, while she was at Wagner College, the university was named According to the Princeton Review, this is the No. 3 collegiate theatre program in the US.

top professors, many of whom have recently worked or performed anywhere on
Broadway, as well as on television shows such as Law and Order and House of
Cards in England.
