Morgan Deann Ortagus was born on July 10, 1982, to her parents. She is the daughter of her father, Ronal E., owner of a cleaning and renovation company, and her mother, Denise C. Ortagus, a business director. She was born and raised in Auburndale, Florida, the United States with her twin sister Megan Ortagus, a famous actress.
Morgan attended a local high school as an undergraduate degree before graduating from Florida Southern University in 2005 with a BA with a specialization in political science.
