She once said in interviews that from her past she only remembers that her father marked or drew various football images on his chest (while playing with the kids) and played soccer and other games with cousins and brothers. Sauer ran basketball, tennis, and lacrosse teams in high school, but football took care of her Sundays in the fall.
Amanda began her career in 2011 after watching a high school
soccer game in Pennsylvania with her late husband, Peter. Evil summons on the
pitch fueled her to pursue her newfound passion as a referee. By chance, she
became a junior high school judge in a junior high school. She attended her
first meeting at the candidate school of the Westchester County Football
Officials Association. A week later, she played her first youth match.
In late fall, she began working as a high school judge. After
six years, she began working for the Ohio State spring game. Until then, she
was an official or authorized personality on the field, but after a few years,
she started playing or attending more games in the Big Ten. She attended many
meetings and began to build publicity in her career. She began to be recognized
as the main or official personality of the NFL, and soon became the champion of

Amanda Sauer's marital status is married. She is married to
Peter, whom she met in Pittsburgh before they both entered junior college. Her
husband, Peter, played basketball at Stanford, captaining the school's Final
Four in 1998. Her husband was hoping to see soccer at every stadium in the
league. On July 7, 2017, Amanda and Peter celebrated their 11th wedding
anniversary, but the exact year of their marriage is unknown as they keep their
information secret. The following night, her husband Peter was attending a
basketball game in his regular Sunday league when he collapsed and later died
at the age of 35.

She later moved to the house Amanda and Peter had bought in
Pittsburgh. After the death of her husband Peter, who was 35 at the time,
Amanda went into the office. Amanda married another man named Michelle Cook who is
