Tim was born on July 29, 1965, in Germany, but his parents' names have yet to be disclosed. His father was a Lebanon-born US citizen while his mother is German. He also has an older sister who lived in Cypress, California. He rode horses from an early age and spent a lot of time with his family.
Tim graduated from high school at a local school in Germany, which has yet to be announced. He enrolled in Cypress College after high school. There he obtained a two-year diploma, which has also not yet been made available to the media.
