Yung Gravy was born Matthew Raymond Hauri and nicknamed Matt Hauri. He became famous as Yung Gravy and is known as the young American rapper in the industry. Yung Gravy was born on March 19, 1996, in Rochester,
Minnesota to his loving parents named Peter Johannes Hauri (father) and Cynthia
Cleveland Hauri (mother). His father was a psychologist and his mother a
housewife. Hauri graduated from Mayo High School in 2014, then left for the
University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin, from where he obtained a
marketing degree in December 2017.
While going to college and having fun with his friends, he
started rapping and later began uploading his content or songs to SoundCloud.
He says he was very inspired by rappers like Lil Yachty and Lil Peep during his
studies. He started working part-time, and in 2016 Hauri quit his job to devote
his life to music, and thus began to spend time recording and creating songs on
his own. Like his father, he has dual Swiss and American citizenship, claiming
that his father originally belongs to Switzerland.
Even though he was a proficient singer, he was in his
budding place with a lack of respect and attention from the common people.
Young Gravy, Aka, Hauri began to gain popularity after his tremendous success
in late 2010, when he began working on his own style with a mix of trap beats
and retro styles, including doo-wop and 1950s pop culture music. He released

trap music with a theme inspired by ancient songs and soul movements from the
50s and 60s, and the 70s and 80s of the 20th century. One of his songs,
"Gravy Train," is a mix of samples from Maxine Nightingale's song
"Right Back Where We Started From" from 1976, and his breakthrough
song Mr. Clean is one of the popular hits taken from the song "Mr. Sandman
”The Chordettes. The style he portrays in his music is often described as
humorous, satirical, and cool. Yung says he takes inspiration from many genres,
including hip-hop bands like Outkast and Three 6 Mafia, and soul bands like
Smokey Robinson.
Yung Gravy is still going through his budding phase of life
where he intends to build his career with a lot of success and achievements.
Recently, he is believed to be single and most often remains associated with
the likes of bbno $, Englewood, and Jason Rich who are his friends. Yung says he
takes inspiration from middle-aged songs and is adored by fans of all ages. He

Rapper Yung Gravy is recently [July 2022] in the news due
to his intimate actions in one of the disclosed videos by an unknown person who
has now deleted his account. The video was leaked online on Saturday, July 16,
2022. Although many actors and actresses have been attacked in the past
[including Jennifer Lawrence, Kirsten Dunst, and Kate Upton], Yung Gravy is now
new to the list. The user uploaded a video in which the rapper was engaged in
an intimate activity with a girl. After watching the video, fans began to
question the original video and the privacy of the person involved, and others
