Kelly was born in the 1980s and is now in her fifties. Her precise birthdate is presently unknown. In 2013, she joined the Federal Trade Commission as Chief
Investigator and Inspector General Counsel. From 2014-2015, she was a senior
inspector at the Federal Trade Commission. From August 2015, Kelly served as
Deputy Inspector General for the United States Postal Service. She also
remained a former commissioner of the Alaska State Department of Admissions.
Kelly Tshibaka gained all of her experience in Washington,
except for two years when she had to spend two years with her husband, who then
worked for the Dunleavy administration and was settling in Alaska to receive a
Senate nomination. Kelly kept her various jobs in Washington until she was
appointed Administrative Commissioner, creating a new state of work for her
husband.
